Frequently asked questions

What’s the difference between the Standard and Premium Vaultx range?
Both ranges share the same high-precision laser engraving. The Standard range offers the best value for money. The Premium Vaultx range uses a more durable premium faux leather, a reinforced zip and extended quality control. It also keeps an identical exterior format across the range — handy if you want to line up several binders in your collection. The Vaultx binder features the VaultX logo engraved on the front and a lock on the back. The detailed comparison is just above.
Laser engraving or color printing: which should I choose?
Both finishes are durable — it comes down to style. Laser engraving marks the material directly: a textured, sleek, premium look with front, back and spine included in the price. Color printing reproduces your artwork in vibrant colors, all-inclusive too: front, back and spine included, no per-side surcharge (available on all formats except 1024 and 1088 cards, and the spine only on the formats that allow it). If in doubt, send us your visual — we will recommend the finish that shows it off best.
Do I get a preview before engraving or printing?
Yes, always. Throughout the process you receive updates and images of your project: our designers optimize your file and send you a preview of the final result by email. We only engrave or print after your confirmation.
Can I change my requests along the way?
Of course. Changes are possible at every step before validation: swap the illustration, adjust a placement, tweak a detail… Simply reply to the preview email with your remarks — we adjust and send you a new version.
What if I don't like the design?
We rework it with you until you love it: nothing goes into production without your confirmation. No worries — we're here to bring your ideas to life!
What’s the delivery time?
Since every binder is made to order, the timeframe varies: it depends on the period and the workshop workload. The exact estimate is shown on the configurator when you place your order. You then receive a tracking email as soon as it ships.
Is the binder really waterproof?
The faux leather of our binders resists splashes and everyday moisture: your cards stay protected in case of rain or a spilled drink. It’s not a binder designed to be submerged, but in normal use it keeps your collection nice and dry.
Which binder format should I choose?
Choose your format based on the size of your collection: from 160 cards (compact) to 1024 cards (large collection). In the configurator, each format shows its exact dimensions and number of slots per page. If in doubt, go one size up — a collection always grows faster than expected.
Do you ship outside France?
Yes, we ship everywhere in France and across Europe. Shipping costs and times are shown at checkout based on your destination.
