Do I need an account to order?
No, you can order as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders and access loyalty benefits.
Is my personal data secure?
Yes, your data is protected in accordance with the GDPR. We only share your data with service providers who are essential to managing your orders.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as the order hasn't shipped yet. Contact us promptly at support@dealdex.fr.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with a tracking number to follow the delivery.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, and other methods displayed during checkout. Payments are secure.
What are the delivery times?
In mainland France, delivery times are 2 to 5 working days. For Europe, allow 4 to 10 days, and up to 20 days for the rest of the world.
Which carriers do you use?
We work with La Poste (tracked letter, Colissimo) and Mondial Relay depending on your choice when ordering.
Can I return an item?
Yes. You have 14 days after receipt to return it to us in its original condition. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless we make an error.
What should I do if I received a damaged item?
Send us an email with photos of the package and product within 48 hours of receipt. We will offer you an exchange or refund.
What types of cards can I resell?
We purchase official Pokémon cards (French or Japanese). They must be authentic, in good condition, and consistent with the photos provided.
How does the buyout process work?
Fill out our form with photos. We'll get back to you within 48 hours. Once we submit your collection, we'll evaluate it and make you an offer. If you accept, you'll be paid within 24 hours.
How soon will I get paid?
Once the agreement is reached, we will process the payment by bank transfer within 24 working hours.
